How do I update my AI's script or qualification logic?
Existing clients have a monthly optimization call where we review call transcripts and make refinements. For urgent changes between calls, email [email protected] with the specific change. Most adjustments go live within 24-48 hours.
How do I access my call recordings and transcripts?
Every call is recorded, transcribed, and stored in your dashboard. You'll get login credentials at launch. If you've lost access or need a transcript pulled, email us and we'll send it directly.
My AI agent is doing something it shouldn't. Who do I tell?
Email [email protected] immediately with the call ID or approximate time. For active issues affecting live calls, call us directly during office hours so we can pause or adjust the agent in real time.
I want to cancel or pause my service. What's the process?
After your initial 90-day commitment, services are month-to-month with 30 days written notice. Email [email protected] to initiate. We'll confirm the wind-down timeline and ensure your data and recordings are exported before close.
How do billing and invoices work?
Setup is invoiced upfront before build begins. Monthly management is billed on the same date each month via the card on file. Invoices arrive in your email automatically. For billing questions or to update your payment method, email us.
